Job Summary
| Motor installer removes motor from shipping crate using motor hoist and then installs on boat. |
Key Responsibilities
- Remove engine from shipping crate.
- Use template to drill holes in boat.
- Install engine and make all connection to engine.
- Move parts to next process.
- Keeps tools and area clean.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and experience
- 6 months to 1 year experience.
- Experience with hand tools.
Physical Demands
- Employee must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Employee must be able to stand during entire shift.
Work Environment
- Noisy but not at levels requiring hearing protection.
- Temperatures fluctuate as the seasons change.
